The training was very informative in today's workplace. The HR Laws are dynamic therefore the insights on the current and practical examples help me to understand and apply the knowledge at work. I would suggest that the HR fraternity identify the changes in the HR law and put in a summary for members to follow. This way you may know which was before which and what changed and why.

Professionals should encourage their teams to continuously develop themselves. i learnt how a coaching mindset benefits the organization, it is not an event, how to be innovative in questioning employees to make new discoveries by provoking critical thinking. Performance coaching guides employees to set SMART objectives, enables us identify gaps and transfer knowledge. A performance coach must encourage regular feedback and independent decision making by the employee. An effective coach has empathy, provides balanced feedback, builds trust and supports the employee in the development of sound work plans, provision of resources and monitor progress in achievement of goals and adjust targets where necessary. a good coach is skilled in conflict resolution, effective communication and ensuring there is collaboration.
