The facilitator took us through the definitions of Strategy bringing to light how we can manage people so as to add value to organizations. We learnt on purposes of HR strategy and strategic alignment, the impact of strategic alignment, steps in aligning HR with strategy with Corporate strategy, tools available for alignment and finally the challenges faced in Aligning HR with Corporate Strategy. The facilitator managed to provide a summarized exhaustive course content despite the limited time we had which was brilliant of him.
