It was wonderful,because i learned about the importance of couching mind set in an organization in that it enhances staff engagement, improves performances,collaboration amongst employees,enhancement of staff retention and reinforcement of organizational culture for the success of the organization.
I also learned about performance cycle in an organization in terms of panning,monitoring,feed back from employees,,development of employees through training to support skills to help the organization,review of the performances and recognition of achievements through rewards for positive growth.
I also understood the goal setting step of setting goals by giving clear direction,identification of priorities of the organization intended for performance direction and ownership.

Coaching is like a performance improvement plan (PIP) as a succession plan to help nurture and develop potential employees to step into bigger positions once they fall vacant.
