The training was messed up due to the rains that pounded the town, the hotel (Pride Inn Nyali) was also not very supportive of the interruptions.
In future, have a logistics person apart from the facilitator, also at least two or more facilitators to eliminate monotony and bring seriousness.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with the training. What stood out most was how practical and engaging the sessions were, especially the real-world examples and interactive discussions, which made the material easier to understand and apply. The facilitator was knowledgeable and encouraged participation, which kept the sessions dynamic. One area for improvement could be pacing—some topics felt a bit rushed, and allowing more time for questions or hands-on practice would make the learning even more effective.
