It was very informative especially on risk identification facing Human Resource department,how to assess and how to mitigate risk from occurrence.i learned on the types of risk e.g recruitment,job turnover risk,compliance risk,talent risk,engagement risk and technological risk.i also learned about human resource analytics and how it is applicable in strategic planning,succession planning,development planning,learning and growth.in addition the use of artificial intelligence in predictive analytics and how historical data in an organization can be used in analytics which can be collected through interview and questionnaire.
what can be improved is the issue of network interruption on the side the facilitator we lost connections of the facilitator several times hence time was lost.thank you
